Water-based pearl connection material is a self crosslinking polymer solution of acrylic acid and other properties, with water and ethanol and ether solvents miscibility with arbitrary proportion, with strong pearl pigment wetting and dispersing effect, quick drying, good adhesion, the characteristics of flowing property, has no influence on pearly flashing effect, can keep the printing quality is bright and clean level off.

Product type number and purpose

This series of products are refined with environmentally friendly acrylic resin, emulsion, pigment and auxiliaries, with the following characteristics:

1. High light connecting material, No. : 803,831 is mainly used for the production of high light coated pearlescent paper;
2. Flexo printing connecting material, Number: 808, suitable for flexo pearlite paper coating printing;
3. Cigarette package special connecting material, no. : 822, 830, 833, in line with China and EU environmental protection standards, suitable for the printing of cigarette package products with high environmental protection requirements;
4. Air knife jet printing connecting material, no. : A1, A2, suitable for monophenol and polyphenol copper coated pearlite paper;
5. Ice white pearlescent special connecting material, number: 831, 825, suitable for the production of high white, high gloss coated pearlescent paper;
6. Ordinary pearlescent connecting material, no. : 820, 822, 823, 819, mainly used in the production of ordinary coated pearlescent paper requirements are not high, cost-effective.

Precautions for Use
