Food grade series products, suitable for all kinds of food packaging products, beverage flexible letterpress printing.
Composition and characteristics
This series of products are refined with environmentally friendly acrylic resin, emulsion, pigment and auxiliaries, with the following characteristics:
- Bright color, good luster;
- Fast drying, good adaptability, no plug mesh stack plate phenomenon
- Waterproof, freeze-thaw resistance and good adhesion; Alcohol resistance, n-hexane resistance, acetic acid resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance;
- Excellent printing performance, double PE paper, pure wood pulp has a good adaptability to the base material.
- Stable quality, easy cleaning;

Precautions for product use
- Please stir the product thoroughly before use to ensure the best effect of the internal ingredients;
- If the viscosity is found to be larger, appropriate amount of water can be added to adjust;
- If it is found that the drying speed is slightly slow or bubbly, you can add an appropriate amount of quick-drying agent and defoaming agent to adjust; The remaining parts should be sealed to prevent dust from falling in and crusting.
- The residual products recovered by the machine should be filtered and stored separately, and appropriate amount of new ink should be added to ensure the quality of printing products. Please store the environment between 0℃~40℃, keep in normal conditions, can be stored for one year without deterioration.
